445.038 Digital media; job training.—CareerSource Florida, Inc., through the Department of Economic Opportunity, may use funds dedicated for incumbent worker training for the digital media industry. Training may be provided by public or private training providers for broadband digital media jobs listed on the occupations list developed by the Labor Market Estimating Conference. Programs that operate outside the normal semester time periods and coordinate the use of industry and public resources should be given priority status for funding.
