471 – Controversy Involving Interlocal Agreement.

§  471.  Controversy  involving  interlocal  agreement. In any case or
  controversy  involving  the  performance  or   interpretation   of   the
  interlocal  agreement  or  liability  thereunder, the contracting public
  agencies shall be the real parties in interest.
