- The department shall publish a link to the course access catalog in a prominent location on the department’s website that includes:
- A list of approved course providers;
- A list of courses offered by approved providers available through the course access program;
- A detailed description of the courses; and
- All available student course completion and outcome data in a manner that protects student privacy in compliance with chapter 1, part 7 of this title, § 10-7-504, and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g).
- The department shall make publicly available each year the following information concerning the course access program:
- The number of students participating in the course access program and the total number of courses in which students are enrolled;
- The number of approved course providers;
- The number of approved courses and the number of students enrolled in each course;
- The number of courses available by subject and grade level;
- The number of students enrolled in courses by subject and grade level; and
- Student outcome data, including course completion rates and other approved measures.
