§ 5-71-303. Unaffected lawful uses of weapons

Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to prohibit the training or teaching of the use of a weapon for:

1. (1) A law enforcement purpose;

2. (2) Hunting;

3. (3) Recreation;

4. (4) Competition; or

5. (5) Any other lawful use or activity.
