§ 50-12-70. Creation of Aviation Hall of Fame; Board Assigned to Department of Economic Development

1. There is created the Georgia Aviation Hall of Fame which shall be governed by the Georgia Aviation Hall of Fame Board.
2. The board is assigned to the Department of Economic Development for administrative purposes only, as specified in Code Section 50-4-3.
