§ 54-12-322. Injury To, Damage or Obstruction of Road Unlawful — Penalty
It is unlawful for any person in any way to injure, damage, or obstruct the rights-of-way, roadbeds, side ditches, culverts, or bridges of the roads constructed under this chapter.
A violation of this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
