- The traffic laws of this state, including the applicable traffic laws of any municipality through which a tollway passes, and the regulations promulgated by the commissioner in accordance with this chapter, shall govern the use of any tollway or toll facility authorized under this chapter. State and local law enforcement authorities are authorized to enforce the traffic laws and the regulations.
- Any person who uses a tollway facility without paying the toll required for the use of the tollway facility commits a Class C misdemeanor and is subject to a fine only of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00).
