55-1403. Applicability of act to natural gas purchase contracts.
Only natural gas purchase contracts entered into before April 20, 1977, providing for the sale, within this state, of natural gas produced in this state and not committed or dedicated to interstate commerce on November 8, 1978, shall be subject to the provisions of this act.
