56-1a251. Admission of additional general partners.
After the filing of a limited partnership’s initial certificate of limited partnership, unless otherwise provided in the partnership agreement, additional general partners may be admitted only with specific written consent of each partner. The partnership agreement shall specify in writing how additional general partners may be admitted.
