58 – Appointment of Clerks to Judges of Court of Appeals.

§  58. Appointment of clerks to judges of court of appeals. Each judge
  of the court of appeals may appoint and at pleasure remove a clerk.  The
  chief   judge,   in   addition  thereto,  is  authorized  to  appoint  a
  confidential clerk.
