- A direct primary health-care provider may not discriminate in the selection of patients on the basis of age, citizenship status, color, disability, gender, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, health status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or any other protected class.
- Direct primary health-care providers are subject to section 25.5-4-301.
- This section does not prevent a direct primary health-care provider from providing primary care to patients who are not party to a direct primary care agreement.
