- No conviction shall be had under section 6-25-103, unless it is made to appear upon the trial for a violation of section 6-25-103 that the person charged with the violation was given notice of the terms and provisions of sections 6-25-101 to 6-25-104.
- This section is repealed, effective March 1, 2022.
