§ 6-55-105. Program plan

In addition to the duties of the State Apprenticeship Coordination Steering Committee contained in § 6-52-205, the committee is authorized to develop a plan for the Arkansas Construction Industry Craft Training Program which shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

1. (1) Formulas and administrative procedures to be used in requesting appropriations of state funds for the program;

2. (2) Forms, formulas, and administrative procedures to be used in distributing funds to construction craft training programs; and

3. (3) Other administrative procedures or rules as may be necessary for the equitable and efficient operation of the program.
