§ 6-65-202. Powers and duties of board

§ 6-65-202. Powers and duties of board

  1. (a) The Board of Trustees of Arkansas State University created in § 6-65-201 is charged with the management and control of Arkansas State University.

  2. (b) The board shall have the power, authority, and duties formerly conferred by law on the board it succeeds.
