§ 6-65-302. Powers and duties of board

§ 6-65-302. Powers and duties of board

  1. (a) The Board of Trustees of Arkansas Tech University created in § 6-65-301 is charged with the management and control of Arkansas Tech University.

  2. (b) The board shall have the power, authority, and duties formerly conferred by law on the board it succeeds.
