§ 63-12-123. Issuance of Duplicate License - US Lawyer Database

The board may issue a duplicate license to replace one that has been lost or destroyed or where a name change is requested, for a fee as set by the board.

Each duplicate license shall have the word “Duplicate” typed or printed across its face.
