- No person shall by verbal claim, advertisement, letterhead, card, or in any other way, claim to be a registered respiratory therapist, certified respiratory therapist or respiratory assistant unless such person possesses a valid license issued pursuant to this chapter.
- It is unlawful for any person to practice or offer to practice respiratory care unless such person has been duly licensed under this chapter, except as provided in § 63-27-110.
- Each violation of this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
