65-4945. Same; existing documents, compliance with act.
Any document or other method of establishing a “do not resuscitate” order or directive which has been adopted by a medical care facility, an adult care home, or an emergency medical service prior to the effective date of this act shall be considered in substantial compliance with the definition of a “do not resuscitate” order or directive under this act.
