- A statement of trademark registration may be withdrawn by the registrant by delivering to the secretary of state, for filing pursuant to part 3 of article 90 of this title, a statement of withdrawal of trademark registration.
- A statement of withdrawal of trademark registration shall:
- State the true name of the registrant;
- Identify the statement of trademark registration in a manner satisfactory to the secretary of state;
- State that the statement of trademark registration is withdrawn; and
- Include such other information as the secretary of state may require.
