75-10-1504. Prohibition on sale and installation of mercury-added thermostats — list. (1) After January 1, 2010, a person may not sell, offer for sale, or install a mercury-added thermostat in Montana.
(2) The department shall maintain a list on its website of manufacturers that are in compliance with this part.
