- Upon revoking such certificate of authority, the Secretary of State shall:
- Issue a certificate of revocation;
- File one (1) of such certificates in his office; and
- Mail to such foreign business trust to its registered agent as provided in Section 79-35-13 a notice of such revocation accompanied by one (1) of such certificates.
- Upon issuance of such certificate of revocation, the authority of the foreign business trust to transact business in this state shall cease.
