- No foreign bank which is licensed under this chapter to establish and maintain a Mississippi state branch or Mississippi state agency shall concurrently maintain a federal branch or federal agency in the State of Mississippi.
- No foreign bank which maintains a federal branch or federal agency in the State of Mississippi shall concurrently be licensed under this chapter to maintain a Mississippi state branch or Mississippi state agency.
