Nothing contained in this subchapter shall be construed as prohibiting the acquisition, by the parties to a vesper marriage, of property by the entirety nor shall it be construed as preventing or limiting the right of either spouse to dispose of his or her estate by testamentary disposition including the right to bequeath and devise property to his or her spouse. The right of either spouse to inherit under the will or testament of the other shall not be affected by the provisions hereof.
