- A certification issued pursuant to this article may be suspended or revoked upon a finding by the administrator of any of the following:
- A false statement in the application concerning a material matter;
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or bribery in applying for certification;
- Failure to notify the owner or lessee of a conveyance and the administrator or approved local jurisdiction, if any, of a condition not in compliance with this article; or
- A violation of any provision of this article or of any rule adopted pursuant to this article.
- The suspension or revocation of a license shall be made as a result of a notice of violation in accordance with section 8-20-104, C.R.S.
- The administrator shall not issue a license to a person whose license has been revoked within the last two years.
