ARTICLE 230.
EMPLOYMENT AND

TRAINING PROGRAMS

Sec. 230-5.
CETA funds.
The township board in counties with a population of
less than 1,000,000 may receive funds from the United States under the
Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973, Public Law 93-203, and may
disburse those funds together with any other township funds for the purposes
specified in that Act.

Sec. 230-10.
Job training; workers’ compensation.
The township board may
expend monies for workers’ compensation coverage of individuals who qualify for
township general assistance and participate in a job training or work program.
