§ 171e. Same; proclamation by Governor

At least 15 days prior to West Indies Solidarity Day the Governor shall issue a proclamation throughout the Virgin Islands calling attention to contributions of workers from all over the West Indies to the economic and social life of the people of the Virgin Islands.

§ 171f. Same; appointment of committee to organize program

The Governor is authorized to appoint a committee for the celebration of West Indies Solidarity Day in the Virgin Islands. The committee shall consist of seven members who shall be in charge of organizing a program for the celebration of West Indies Solidarity Day.
