§ 256. Rules and regulations

The Department of Justice may promulgate such rules and regulations as are from time to time deemed necessary to aid in the interpretation and uniform application of the provisions of this chapter by affected governmental agencies.

§ 255. Preservation of decorum

Whenever disorder arises during a committee or agency meeting which is open to the public, the agency or committee may enforce order when necessary by clearing the room, and may act in closed session for so long as there is doubt as to the assurance of order.
