§ 3014. Chapter not exclusive
This chapter shall not be construed to preclude the applicability of any other provision of the criminal law of the Virgin Islands which presently applies or may in the future apply to any transaction which violates this chapter, unless such provision is inconsistent with the terms of this chapter.
§ 3015. Severability
If any provision of this chapter or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this chapter are declared to be severable.
§ 3016. Short title
This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Credit Card Crime Act”.
