§ 314. Location of Academy, branches

The Academy shall be maintained at the Port of Charlotte Amalie and its principal place of business shall be on the Island of St. Thomas, but it may have such other offices and places of business in such other locations as the Board of Governors may decide from time to time.

§ 319. Receipt and use of vessels

The Board of Governors may make application for and receive from the Federal Government, the Government of the United States Virgin Islands, or from other sources for utilization by the Academy, vessels detailed or furnished by such sources with all apparel, charts, books and instruments of navigation.
