§ 375. Establishment of Junior ROTC Program
The Commissioner of Education shall apply to the Secretary of each military department of the United States Armed Forces for the establishment of at least one unit of the Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps at each high school in the Virgin Islands.
§ 376. Use of department facilities
The Commissioner of Education shall make available the facilities of the Department of Education for classroom instruction, storage of arms and equipment and provide for adequate drill areas at or in the immediate vicinity of each high school for the use and maintenance of Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps units.
