§ 187. Appropriation of funds; time of commencement

Funds for this scholarship shall be appropriated in the annual budget for the Department of Education, beginning with the fiscal year July 1, 1960, to June 30, 1961. The first scholarship shall be granted at the end of the school year in 1961.
