§ 2702. Exposure of infected animal on road or field
No person shall turn out, keep or graze an animal knowing it to be infected with any infectious or contagious disease, on any roadside or field, where it can come in contact with any other animal not so infected.
§ 2703. Exposure of infected animal in market, stable, etc.
No person shall bring, or attempt to bring, into any market, stable, corral, or any other place where other animals may be met with any animal known by him to be infected with any infectious or contagious disease.
§ 2704. Sale of infected animal or parts thereof
No person shall sell or dispose of to another person, any animal known to him to be infected with any infectious or contagious disease, or the meat, skin, hide, horns, hoofs, or any other part of an animal infected with any infectious or contagious disease at the time of its death.
§ 2705. Destruction of carcasses
The carcasses of any animals dying or slaughtered because they were infected or suspected of being infected with a contagious or infectious disease shall be disposed of in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Commissioner of Agriculture.

§ 2623. Penalties
Whoever— (a) fails to obtain the proper license tags as provided herein, or (b) violates any provision of this chapter or any regulation or order issued under this chapter for which a penalty is not otherwise provided, shall be fined not less than $10 and not more than $100.
