§ 2039. Powers of Government of Virgin Islands not limited

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to impair or limit in any way the power of the Government of the Virgin Islands or of any political subdivisions thereof to define and declare nuisances and to cause their removal or abatement, by summary proceedings or otherwise.

§ 2035. Determination of reasonable cost
