§ 1570a. Government appropriation of service fees

By annual appropriation, the Legislature shall provide amounts necessary to satisfy the Government’s fiscal year obligation to pay service fees for the operation and maintenance of Desalination Facilities and Solid Waste Disposal and Resource Recovery Facilities developed pursuant to this chapter, which fees shall be paid on the basis of availability of said facilities.
