§ 37. Fees for examination and license certificate
The Board of Medical Examiners shall establish and publish fees for examinations and license certificates, which shall not be less than the cost of administering the same by the Board. All fees shall be nonrefundable and paid in accordance with regulations promulgated by the Board or incorporated in its bylaws.
§ 38a. Issuance of licenses by Board
The Board of Medical Examiners upon due consideration that all administrative and clinical requirements have been met shall issue the appropriate licenses under this subchapter to each qualified applicant.

§ 38e. Status of foreign medical graduates
Foreign medical graduates who have satisfied the criteria for licensure shall have the same rights, privileges, and responsibilities as any other physician or surgeon with their respective license.
§ 38f. Requirements for Government physicians
No physician shall be employed or placed on contract with the Government of the Virgin Islands unless the physician is board-eligible or board-certified. This subsection shall not apply to physicians already employed with or under contract with the Government of the Virgin Islands prior to enactment of this subsection.
§ 39. Registration of licenses; annual fees; revocation or suspension
