§ 337. Use of licensee’s name by another
No person who has obtained a license pursuant to this chapter shall allow his name or the business in whose name the license was issued to be used by another person or company either for the purpose of obtaining required permits or for doing business or work under such license.

§ 339. Fees
The fee for taking each examination to be licensed as a general construction contractor shall be set by the Board but shall not be less than $100. Such fee shall be paid to the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs prior to the examination.
