It shall be unlawful for any person to carry on the business, trade, or occupation of a locksmith, or a keymaker, or for any person to perform the duties of a locksmith or a keymaker, without a license therefor.
§ 503. License fees; term
(a) The fee for a locksmith’s license shall be $70.00, and for a keymaker’s license, $50.00. (b) Licenses for locksmiths and keymakers shall expire on the 31st day of December next succeeding the date of issuance.
