It shall be the policy of the Government of the Virgin Islands to cooperate with the Government of the United States in protecting and managing the Territory’s terrestrial and marine historical, cultural and archaeological resources for the benefit of the people of the Virgin Islands.
For purposes of this subchapter: (a) “Agency” means any department, agency, authority, commission or instrumentality of the Government of the Virgin Islands.
