§ 123. Separability of provisions
If any provisions of this chapter or the application of such provisions to any person or circumstance shall be held invalid, the remainder of the chapter and the application of such provisions to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it shall have been held invalid shall not be affected thereby.
§ 124. Compliance with the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Act of 1978
Notwithstanding any provision in this chapter to the contrary, the Authority shall comply with and be subject to all provisions and requirements of Title 12, chapter 21 of this Code (Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Act of 1978).
