§ 93. Applications for building permits; appeals; judicial review

Applications for and issuance of building permits required by chapters 5 and 7 of this title, appeals of actions by the Zoning Administrator pursuant to such chapters, and judicial review of decisions of the Board related thereto, shall be made in accordance with Title 29, chapters 3 and 5, Virgin Islands Code.
