§ 14. Places of business; transfer of licenses

§ 15. Posting of licenses

In every place of business operated by virtue of a license issued under this chapter, the license shall be posted in a conspicuous place within the establishment for inspection by the police and notice to the public.

§ 16. Payment of duties and taxes

The sale or possession of any fermented liquors or distilled spirits on which the duties or taxes required by law have not been paid shall constitute cause for immediate revocation of license in addition to such other penalties as may be legally imposed.

(a) The Board may issue regulations, with the approval of the Governor, for the efficient and effective execution of the provisions of this chapter. (b) The holders of licenses issued under this chapter shall conduct their establishments in accordance with the regulations of the Board.
