§ 8. Wholesale Liquor License
A Wholesale Liquor License authorizes the sale of distilled spirits and/or fermented liquors wholesale in the United States Virgin Islands.

The Police Commissioner may issue special permits for not more than twelve hours for the sale or serving of alcoholic beverages at races, dances, and other special occasions. Such special permits shall not be issued for any place already licensed under this chapter.
