If any provision of this Act or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this Act are severable.

§ 593. Requirements for alien companies to conduct business under this chapter

No alien company, as defined in new section 502(1), may be licensed to conduct money services business under this chapter. An alien company seeking to conduct business under this chapter may conduct business only through a United States subsidiary.
