§ 14-125-305. Employees — Legal services

(a) The directors may employ technical experts, whose qualifications shall be approved by the commission, and such other employees as they may require, and shall determine their qualifications, duties, and compensations. (b) The directors may call upon the commission’s attorney or the Attorney General for such legal services as they may require.

§ 14-125-306. Furnishing information to commission

The directors shall furnish to the commission, upon request, copies of such rules, regulations, orders, contracts, forms, and other documents as they shall adopt or employ and such other information concerning their activities as it may require in the performance of its duties under this chapter.
