§ 16-13-1201. Composition
The Fourth Judicial District shall be composed of the counties of Madison and Washington.

The terms of court in each county in the Fourth Judicial District shall commence on the dates set forth below: (1) Washington County: On January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1; and (2) Madison County: On the first Mondays in March and September.
