§ 16-13-1701. Composition

(a) The Ninth Judicial District-East shall be composed of Clark County. (b) The Ninth Judicial District-West shall be composed of the counties of Howard, Little River, Sevier, and Pike.

§ 16-13-1704. Exchange of districts

The judges of the Ninth Judicial District-East and the Ninth Judicial District-West may by agreement temporarily exchange districts or hold court for each other, as they deem necessary or appropriate.
