§ 17-93-101. Short title

This chapter shall be cited as the “Arkansas Physical Therapy Act”.

§ 17-93-103. Penalties

(a) Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. (b) Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
