§ 20-9-905. Penalty

(a) A person who violates any provision of this subchapter or any rule adopted under this subchapter shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be subject to a penalty not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000). (b) Each day that a violation is continued after the first conviction is a separate offense.
