§ 22-4-502. Officers authorized to execute disposition
Any sale, lease, grant, or other disposition authorized by § 22-4-501 shall be in the discretion of, and executed by: (1) The Governor, as to state property; (2) The county judge, as to county property; (3) The mayor and council, city commissioners, or other governing authority, as to property of a municipal corporation.
