There is created the Department of Education as a cabinet-level department.

§ 25-43-504. AmeriCorps Office
(a) There is created within the Division of Higher Education of the Department of Education an AmeriCorps Office. (b) The AmeriCorps Office shall perform those duties as delegated by the Secretary of the Department of Education.
§ 25-43-505. Northwest Technical Institute
(a) The Northwest Technical Institute shall be a part of the Division of Higher Education. (b) The Northwest Technical Institute is an educational facility and shall perform those duties as delegated by the Secretary of the Department of Education.
